Most of us have been conditioned to go it alone. To believe that we SHOULD be able to do it all ourselves, and that if we need help then we’re failing or we’re weak.
Humans evolved as communities.
We don’t have tusks or fangs, so we relied on our big ol’ brains & our social structures to survive.
We were built to be supported & to support each other.
But if you’re an entrepreneur then you are most likely ambitious & driven… or you at least have a juicy vision for the life you’re meant to lead – and you being an independent powerhouse has served you up until now.
Many of us were let down by loved ones or parents or friends or lovers & it’s given us a scar that looks like hyper individualism.
We’re proud that we can do it alone - and society has rewarded us for doing it alone.
But being unwilling to be supported, to let go of control…
It’s actually a trauma response.
And it’s keeping you in a sympathetic, reactive state.

Affirmations for a Spacious Business & Being Supported:
I welcome in luxurious spaciousness. I feel my body relax & attune to luxurious amounts of spaciousness.
My body was built to be supported by other loving humans & I am ready to call them in now.
I give myself permission to want what I want.
I give myself permission to structure my business however I please.
I trust my intuition to hire the right team members & mentors that will guide me to my next big income leap.
Every dollar I spend comes back to me ten times, 100 times, 1000 times.
Every task I delegate gets me hours of time back every week.
I’m allowed to spend my time doing what I love & doing what comes naturally to me.
I let go of any resistance to easily completing tasks that have been on my to do list for weeks.
I give myself permission to delete any tasks that aren’t moving the needle forward in my business to get me towards my goals.
It’s safe for me to hand off the tasks I don’t like doing.
It’s safe for me to delegate tasks I hate.
It’s safe for me to hand off tasks I don’t mind doing just so I have extra time.
I lean into my genius - the work that I was meant to do in the world.
I open up the portals for my perfect support team to come in. I can feel them. I can see them. They’ve been calling me in as much as I’m calling them in now.
I know the exact list of tasks that I can hand off to my new hire so they can make my life easier.
It is safe for me to pay people to work for me.
It is easy for me to make more than enough money to pay myself & my team well.
I love paying my team.
My team loves supporting me.
My team comes up with brilliant ways for my business to make more money.
My team is on my side.
My team makes my business even more profitable.
My team manages me & is constantly thinking of new ways to delight me, support me, and take more things off my plate.
I am meant for so much more than working & being productive. I’m meant to create ridiculous amounts of change in the world.
Taking time off is an act of rebellion. Naps are ground breaking & making society a better place.
I never have to open a social media app again, if I don’t want to. I find easy ways to attract my people in through platforms that feed my soul & delight me.
The way for me to channel my best work is to have lots and lots of time on my hands. I easily get extra tasks and projects off my plate to have lots and lots of extra time on my hands.
My business can run without me.
I easily attract the perfect team in so my business can run without me.
It’s safe for me to ask for what I want. It’s safe for me to ask for changes if it wasn’t perfect the first time.
I’m allowed to change my mind.
It is safe for me to change my mind.
It’s safe for me to speak my mind AND speak from my heart.
I’m allowed to ask for what I want & get what I want. If I don’t get what I want the first time, it is easy for me to communicate again.
I support myself on all dimensions. I am supported in my business, in my home, on a spiritual & energetic level. I get to delight in being supported on a premium level.
It’s safe for me to need more support than other people.
I get to have more support than other people.
I give myself permission to hire the mentors that I want to work with.
I skip the line by getting support from those who have been down this road before.
It’s safe for me to hire people as full time employees. It is actually more cost effective to hire people full time & to have their undivided attention.
I love training my people to please me & succeed with me. Every minute I invest into my team I get back 1000 fold.
Every minute I invest in my team pays me back in profit & time back on my calendar.
I love my team. They light me up & energize me.
It is safe for me to receive. It is safe for me to relax. It is safe for me to let go of control.
When I let go of control I blossom as the divine creatrix.
I allow my business to be the masculine structure for my feminine creativity to dance within.
My time is precious. I love paying people so I get my time AND my energy back.
