Helena began her quest as an entrepreneur in 2008, when she started a business selling handbags. She often thinks back to what her life would have looked like at that time if she had coaching the way she does now. She tried to scale up three times, but her shadow interference and resistance made it so that she could never release control over her processes – and that held her back from growing her business to where she wanted it to be.
Fast forward to today. She has done immense emotional healing work in uniting her internal and external worlds through shadow integration. Her business as a transformational coach creates incredible shifts in the lives of her clients. She works with other entrepreneurs who are ready to achieve greater visibility and leave behind a legacy.
Helena was inspired to join the Alchemical Business Accelerator when she realized that the reason she was so exhausted & bogged down with work was because she resisted releasing control of tasks in her business, even though her assistant was an awesome admin ninja who could handle it!
This felt so restricting and contradictory to what she was being called forth to deliver. She could see her future vision, but she couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t in her immediate experience yet.
In ABA, she discovered how to hand off and give up control so that she could magnify her vision and share even more of her gifts with the world.

Helena’s zone of genius is to receive the vision. She receives direct, divine downloads of what her business is meant to create and give to the world. Blocks of thoughts and dream entities come to her through the non-physical entity she challenges, the Kite, and her higher calling is to distill & share these downloads.
It was a huge shift when she realized she didn’t need to be attached to every step of the creative process.
When Helena allowed herself to finally become vulnerable to her team and allow herself to be supported by delegating work, she felt so much renewed spaciousness. This allowed her to spend more time doing what came effortlessly: receiving paradigm-shifting downloads that transform the lives of everyone who comes into contact with her work.

Getting clarity on the schedule and structure of her business was a huge transformation that Helena went through in order to create spaciousness in her business.
While part of her thrives on last-minute crunch time, she realized that this approach doesn’t help her team. Instead, she has realized that having a plan, schedule, and structure can allow her to unlock new levels of the higher vision of her business. It can be fun to have a mature business that doesn’t rely on constant drama & energy-draining.
She’s also gotten time back to create excitement in other areas of her life – she’s getting her pilot’s license! All while creating stable, sustained growth in her business.
