Offered strategy sessions for first few ppl that joined
Intentionally priced lower than I know it’s value is - will increase the price next time - easier to sell & rewarding ppl willing to join the brand new program
Intentionally building my audience since August
Batched a bunch of Podcast interviews before the launch so I have a stockpile to put out & not be stressed
Planned relevant pod episodes
I ran FB ads to get people signed up for the webinars
I encouraged my team’s magic through offering bonuses based on # of enrollments
NEXT TIME:
Next time I’ll condense the launch window — was selling for over a month. It just felt like a marathon.
Plan on doing more webinars from the get-go. I added more in last minute & it felt rushed
Wouldn’t offer 2-hour strategy calls as bonuses next time… It was draining to have to do those the final week of open enrollment
