I’ve been in one for over 3 years.
I do it because I want success and growth to be easy for me, and because I want to be steeping in better thoughts than general society.
We don’t live in an entrepreneur friendly society. And most entrepreneur programming we do have relates to hustle culture.
Work more hours. Work harder. Value productivity above everything else (including your own interests, happiness & health).
The Fish Tank Method
When a fish is in a fish tank, it’s fully immersed in the contained environment within the fish tank. You can change the water and completely change the environment of the fish tank or move it to a new, fresh fish tank.
Your reticular activating system (RAS) can work the same way.
Your reticular activating system is a group of neurons at the core of your brain that takes in all of the data that our mind brings in from our senses & forms cohesive thoughts to create your reality.
If we didn't have it, we would all be nuts. Because we need something to separate & create any sort of sense from all the millions of inputs coming in from 3D reality every day.
It evolved to pay attention to things that are important to us.
That’s why, when we start thinking about getting a red Prius, we suddenly see that car everywhere.
Our intense emotions and desire for that red Prius has told our reticular activating system it’s important.
The Fish Tank Method is a trick to intentionally flood your RAS with new data points.
That means choosing who you hang out with, who you get advice from, what media you watch, what podcasts you listen to, your Instagram feed…
It means intentionally journaling and trying to create new thoughts.
We're telling our RAS what's important instead of it being unintentionally programmed from our childhood or society.
I want to fill my brain with PROOF that making 7 figures is easy & requires me to work less.
Surround yourself with people who embody who you want to be
And I want a lived experience of paying for support – as a way of training myself to believe that I deserve to be supported at the highest level.

So many people overlook this key when they’re thinking about joining a mastermind…
You’re allowed to just join something because you want to.
In human design, we aren’t supposed to make decisions with our brain. (I mean, there are like 9 different authorities and NONE are the head or the mind…)
So don’t be afraid to trust your intuition.

When are the calls?
The weekly calls are 60-90 minutes depending on how many of you need coaching that week.
May 6th & 7th are the kickoff event - block off 11am-2pm PT each day.
If I want to do this program thoroughly - how much of my time per week will it take to go through your content? Implement?
This depends on the goals + priorities you choose for the 5 months together.
General estimate:
1 hour/week for weekly coaching call
2 hours/month to go through trainings (You do not have to go through all of the trainings)
Implementation will depend on your focus AND how much you're willing to hand over to your team.
Launching a new program will take way more time than relaunching.
Hiring a new team will take way more time than upleveling a current one.
Optimizing a current marketing channel will take way less time than starting an audience from scratch on a new platform.
What stage of business are the people who do this program generally at?
Generally they’re making $5000-$20K/month in gross revenue. They have an established online business & offers & client success
What should my "reasonable" expectation be of Return on Investment in this program?
This varies significantly person by person depending on what your focus is on - some people are focusing on increasing their revenue, while others are focusing on systematizing, hiring, and getting their time back.
How much accountability do you hold people to?
You define your priorities for the program at the beginning & halfway through. There are check ins in Slack on a monthly basis. There is a ton of accountability on the calls & in Slack, but if you choose not to attend, that's not something I require of anyone.
What's the feeling and culture of the 15 person Community - based on your previous 2 programs you've run?
Extremely supportive. There is genuine care for each other's success & desire to know each other's business.
