It’s all about tuning into what feels right and being willing to make adjustments and changes to the dynamic.

Allow your team to work and be in their own strengths. Create boundaries that support one another in being themselves. By learning what people are great at and what pulls each other out of their zone of genius, you can find the flow of what is best for the team and for the business.
