3 Reasons Your Offer Isn’t Selling (And How to Fix It)

Let’s be real—there’s nothing worse than pouring your heart and soul into an offer, launching it, and then… crickets.

Or maybe it’s not total crickets.
Maybe a couple of people buy, but it’s nowhere near what you wanted.
(And let’s be honest—one person joining your group program is 100x worse than zero people joining…
because now you have to show up, and it doesn’t even feel worth your time.)

And suddenly, you start spiraling:

Did I price it too high?
Maybe no one actually wants this??
Should I just scrap the whole thing?
Am I a total fraud???

Before you go down that road, let’s talk about the real reasons why an offer might not be selling—and, more importantly, what you can do about it.

Reason #1: You’re Not Excited About It

This is gonna sound woo, but I promise you—it’s true.

Your energy sells more than anything else.

If you’re not genuinely lit up about your offer, your audience can feel it.

Think about it—have you ever watched someone talk about a new program and felt their excitement just radiating? Like you didn’t even fully understand what they were selling, but you just needed to be in on it?

That’s because excitement is contagious.

On the flip side, if you’re dragging your feet, second-guessing the format, or secretly dreading delivering the thing… that energy bleeds into your marketing.

If you’re struggling to sell something, check in with yourself:
👉 Are you actually obsessed with this offer?
👉 Does it feel fun to sell?
👉 Are you truly confident in the transformation it delivers?

If the answer is no… then that’s your first issue.

How to Fix It:

Go back and tweak the offer until it feels exciting to sell.
Change the format, delivery, or timeline—whatever needs to shift so it feels good.
Only sell things you actually want to sell. (Game changer, I know.)

Reason #2: It’s Not Solving a Clear Problem

Here’s the hard truth:

People don’t buy things just because they’re cool.

They buy things because they have a problem they want solved, a desire they want met, or a need they want fulfilled.

If your offer isn’t selling, ask yourself:
👉 Can I clearly articulate the transformation my offer provides?
👉 Does my audience even know they have this problem?
👉 Is this something they actively want to spend money on right now?

A lot of creative entrepreneurs resist this part because they just want to put out whatever feels fun and hope people buy it.

And you can do that… if you have an audience who already trusts you and loves everything you put out.

But if you’re struggling to sell, you need to get ultra-clear on:
🔥 What problem your offer solves
🔥 Who exactly needs it
🔥 Why they’d be excited to buy it right now

(This is Marketing 101, but SO MANY spiritual entrepreneurs resist it like the plague! And it makes their business 1000x harder than it needs to be. LET YOUR BUSINESS BE EASY!!!)

How to Fix It:

Ask your audience what they’re actually struggling with. (Polls, DMs, real conversations.)
Look at past clients/customers—what did they want & need most?
Make sure your messaging is focused on them and what they’ll gain—not just how cool your offer is.

Reason #3: Your Price & Format Don’t Match Your Audience

This one’s sneaky—because sometimes your offer is great, but the way it’s structured doesn’t align with the people you’re selling to.

For example:
⚡ You have a $2,000 mastermind, but your audience is mostly beginners who can barely justify a $200 workshop.
⚡ You created a 6-month deep-dive course, but your audience just wants a quick win.
⚡ You’re trying to sell a self-paced program, but your people actually need 1:1 support.

It’s not that your offer is bad—it’s just not aligned with who is right in front of you, ready to pay you.

How to Fix It:

Either adjust your offer to match your current audience’s needs OR
Grow an audience that aligns with the offer you want to sell

If your pricing feels off, ask yourself:
👉 Do I feel good about this price? (Pricing energy is real.)
👉 Are my people at the stage where this price makes sense for them?
👉 Am I explaining the value of this price point, or just expecting people to “get it”?

Often, it’s not that your price is too high—it’s that you haven’t clearly communicated why it’s worth that much.

The Fix: Make Your Offer Drool-Worthy

If you’re experiencing any of these issues, it doesn’t mean your offer is bad.

It just means you need to tweak it so that:
You love selling it.
Your audience clearly understands the value.
The structure & price fit the people you’re actually selling to.
