I’m sure a lot of you are fully in the holiday season now planning all your gifts and scheduling time with your family, which can be really fun…
… but this is also the time of year when business owners tend to come up against time constrictions and struggle to balance their personal life with their business.
So much of this season is about coming together with family and friends.
But if your business isn’t set up in a way that allows you to step back for days - or even weeks - at a time while your business runs on its own, you’re probably just going to overextend yourself and end up missing out on family time anyway because you have to check those last-minute emails.
So I wanted to share some of the experiences of my 1-1 coaching clients who have recently gotten a ton of time back in their lives because of the systems and changes to their business they made from our work together …
One realized that she was actually already at her goal for the year, so she decided to do a mini launch for fun this month, and she was able to repurpose 90% of her last launch. The result? She hit her stretch goal in ½ the time!
Another took an entire month of vacation 2 weeks before a $250,000 launch.
Another has about 15 hours a week to work because of needing to raise her kids… and she’s already ¼ of the way to her launch goal before even opening cart!
Another was at $200K this year but working full time… but she would look back at day & not know what she even did all day. I helped her to cut out all the bullshit tasks to increase her profit margin & reduce her workload of meaningless tasks.
And finally, I guided a client in hiring a team to run her membership for her - so she can take weeks off to go on elaborate vacations (and feel amazing about it).
