10 signs you have a regenerative business
If there’s 1 commonality between the business owners I talk with, it’s this:
You got into business for FREEDOM.
Freedom to do what you want.
Freedom of time. (Hell yes to sex dates on a random Tuesday afternoon)
Freedom of location. (Last minute “work” trip to Italy? Don’t mind if I do!)
Freedom to make your weird little obsession into your full-time fling.
Freedom of money. (No salary caps or “proving your worth” to a shitty boss)
And yet…
Most business owners LIMIT their freedom once their business is up and running.
They work 40+ hours a week even if they don’t “have to.”
They get anxious to go offline on weekends.
Their money feels tied to how hard they work.
They’re still doing B.S. draining tasks even when they literally pay people to take those tasks off their plate.
If you’ve been following along with my emails these last few weeks (like this one, this one, this one, and this one) then you know that these are symptoms of an industrial mindset.
These are the symptoms of a factory-inspired business model.
So today, let’s look at the opposite. Let’s look at the 10 signs you have a regenerative business…
1. Money flows in easily.
Nature is fertile. And its fertility is abundant.
When you have a regenerative business that is aligned with Nature, then money (and other forms of abundance) flow in easily.
It’s not tied to your work ethic. It’s not tied to your hustle. It is the natural extension of life blooming out of you and your business ecosystem.

It means having the people in your life helping, doing the shit you aren’t here to do, and being as devoted to the vision as you are. YUM.
